Blog Preferred

I hope you guys don't mind the switch from Facebook to a Blog. The main reason I decided to switch was because I couldn't add a countdown to the group FB page. Since the race is only a few weeks away, I thought a countdown would be essential. But, maybe I'm just weird that way.

Anyhow, I have't done much training and I hope the clock will motivate me to get to work. I ran my first two mile run in quite a while last week and I know that I have a long way to go.

As for using the blog, I thought we could post our runs plans/accomplishments during the week so we know how everyone is doing. Also we can use it to schedule group runs whether that just be two or all of us.

With that said, here are some questions to get things started.


  1. How has your training gone so far? 
  2. What days and times would work for a group run day?
