Anyhow, I have't done much training and I hope the clock will motivate me to get to work. I ran my first two mile run in quite a while last week and I know that I have a long way to go.
As for using the blog, I thought we could post our runs plans/accomplishments during the week so we know how everyone is doing. Also we can use it to schedule group runs whether that just be two or all of us.
With that said, here are some questions to get things started.
- How has your training gone so far?
- What days and times would work for a group run day?
As for me:
ReplyDelete1. I've run a total of two, two mile runs. One last week and one this week and they felt all sorts of slow. My first run was about 16:40 and my second was about 18:00. Hamstrings felt pretty tight after the first run.
2. I'm prefer Saturday mornings but it would be on a week to week basis really. This Saturday I have school and next Saturday is the Hero WOD which already has running involved. As for Sunday, I would prefer the afternoon.
